At Amor Cocoa, we make fine chocolate in small batches with purely organic ingredients while owning the entire process, from the cacao bean to the chocolate bar, because we believe that people deserve the best from us. There is not any strangely named or questionable ingredient in our chocolate, such as lecithin, corn syrup, or natural flavors. Our chocolate is fine, which means that we only use the original ingredients for chocolate: Cocoa, sugar, and milk for our milk and white chocolates.

We receive our cacao beans from various tropical countries, then roast them to bring out unique flavors, before mixing all of the ingredients together. Finally, we pour the chocolate into our molds and wrap each bar by hand. Another key element in the business's success is our appreciation for customer feedback. We listen to our customers carefully, and make changes as necessary.

As a bean-to-bar artisan chocolate maker, Amor Cocoa focuses on creating masterpieces of flavors. From the temperatures crucial to roasting cacao beans to the length of the refining process, we are precise and careful at each step to ensure that flavors are managed and developed as intended. Of course, we make white, milk, and dark chocolate, but we also add our creative touch once in a while.
