We have recently added the dark chocolate with sea salt bar to our menu, and we're now adding milk chocolate with hazelnuts too. Come by the farmer's market to grab a sample!
We want to thank all of our customers who regularly purchase our chocolate. From now until October 13, 2018, we'll be attending at least 12 more Lubbock Downtown Markets. During that period of time, we'll keep track of any customer's purchase who wishes to participate in our Loyalty Program. When you have purchased four 3 oz. bars, your next one is free. That's the equivalent of 20% discount on your five chocolate bars.
If you're searching for a great local market, then look no further. Chicago Station Market Days happens every 4th Saturday of every month during the summer. Macarons, wine, chocolate, coffee, tea, pastries, freshly prepared food, and so many more delights await. Each vendor has a passion for delivering the best product possible to the people of Lubbock.
We were there this past weekend with our delicious chocolate. To everyone who enjoyed our chocolate, thank you, and see you again July 28, 2018 at 0900am.
The Arriba Nacional Ecuador bean is one of the finest beans in the world. It is known for its full, rich flavor. The legend goes something like this:
In the 1900's, a Swiss chocolatier traveled to Ecuador. When he was navigating along the Guayas river, he met a group of men carrying some cacao beans. Upon smelling it, he inquired about the beans, at which time he was told, "Arriba" which means "up" (up the river).
Today, we use the Arriba bean to make our chocolate, because you deserve only the best!
